Welcome to the Web First Rank website. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the contractual relationship between Web First Rank, a company registered at Avenue Hédi Ouali 8050 Hammamet, Tunisia, and its clients. By placing an order, you fully accept these conditions.

3. Order Process and Contract Formation
To benefit from our services, the Client must place an order via a formal quote. Once the quote is accepted and signed by the Client, the contract is established. The Service Provider will confirm the order in writing before commencing the services.
4. Pricing and Payment Terms
4.1. Prices
The prices of the services offered are defined in the quote provided to the Client. These prices are expressed in [currency, e.g., Tunisian Dinars]. Prices may change, but the changes will only apply to orders placed after the announcement of the new prices.
4.2. Payment Terms
Payments must be made according to the following terms:
- Deposit: A deposit of 30% up to 100%, depending on the case and type of services, is required upon signing the contract
- Balance: The remaining balance must be paid according to the terms specified in the quote, generally upon delivery of the services.
Payments can be made by [accepted payment methods, e.g., bank transfer, check, credit card]. Late payments may incur interest charges.
5. Service Delivery Times
The delivery times are specified in the quote and may vary depending on the project requirements. Web First Rank will do its best to meet these deadlines. Any delay will be communicated to the Client as soon as possible.
6. Modifications and Cancellations
6.1. Project Modifications
Client requests for project modifications after the acceptance of the quote must be submitted in writing and will be subject to a reevaluation of costs and deadlines.
6.2. Cancellations
In case of cancellation by the Client after signing the contract, cancellation fees will apply based on the services performed up to the cancellation date. Specific conditions regarding cancellation fees are detailed in the quote or contract.
If the Client wishes to terminate the engagement, they must continue to benefit from the services for a period of 2 to 3 months, paying the due amount within a maximum of 7 days after the cancellation notification. This decision must be validated by Web First Rank.
Web First Rank reserves the right to refuse a unilateral termination decision if it causes significant harm to the Service Provider. In such a case, the parties commit to finding an amicable solution to respect the agreed commitments and minimize the negative impacts on the established work and the relationships with involved partners.
6.3. Refund Policy
Web First Rank reserves the right not to proceed with cash refunds under any circumstances. However, if services are not provided as agreed, the Service Provider may offer additional advice and services to compensate for the amount paid, subject to the Client’s prior approval.
Any refund in kind will be provided in the form of additional advice or services, and only after informing the Client and obtaining their express validation. The Client must be aware that these additional services will be provided instead of a financial refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
Web First Rank is committed to providing services that meet the Client’s expectations. However, we cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions. Use of the website and services is at your own risk, and Web First Rank will not be liable for any indirect damages related to the use of the services.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights on the creations made by Web First Rank, including texts, graphics, logos, and other materials, remain the exclusive property of Web First Rank.
The Client is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use these creations solely within the scope of the services provided and according to the terms of the contract. Any modification, reproduction, or distribution of the elements without the prior written consent of Web First Rank is prohibited.
At the end of the contract, this license will be automatically terminated, and the Client must cease all use of the provided creations. Web First Rank reserves the right to use the creations for promotional purposes.
9. Confidentiality
We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of the information exchanged during the provision of services. This confidentiality obligation remains in effect even after the contract ends.
10. Personal Data Protection

11. Use of Client References
The client expressly authorizes Web First Rank to use and share references, logos, testimonials, case studies, and any other material related to the collaboration between the two parties for communication, marketing, and promotion purposes. This use may include, but is not limited to, publication on Web First Rank’s website, social media, commercial presentations, and any other communication media intended for prospects and existing clients.
- Web First Rank undertakes not to disclose any confidential information of the client in this context and to respect data confidentiality in accordance with the applicable legislation.

13. Contract Termination
